If you are a macOS or iOS user, you might experience some difficulties in navigating through 3D Repo, but don't you worry. Our team is working on updating Unity to fix the issue. Fortunately and in the meantime, you can resolve it by adding an extension to the browser which can quickly and easily switch between user-agent strings. As a result, Unity thinks you are running the browser on Windows. Follow the steps below for the browser you are using:

Google Chrome

Option 1

  • Open Google Chrome and follow the instructions on how to manually override the user agent string from Chrome DevTools

  • Press Command+Shift+P (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS) to open the Command Menu

Option 2

  • Open Google Chrome and navigate to the User-Agent Switcher extension page

  • Select 'Add to Chrome' then 'Add extension' in the popup window that appears

  • In the browser's settings menu select 'More tools' followed by 'Extensions' or type the following in the address bar: chrome://extensions/

  • Ensure that 'User-Agent Switcher' is turned on

Microsoft Edge

  • Open Microsoft Edge and navigate to the User-Agent Switcher add-on page
โ€‹Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of Edge

  • In the pop-up window select 'Get' then 'Add Extension'

  • Go to the browser's settings menu and choose 'Extensions'

  • Ensure that 'User-Agent Switcher' appears in the list of Installed extensions and is turned on

  • Open the toolbar pop-up then click on the desired user-agent button and select an operating system from the options

  • Click on 'Reload current tab' button to update the result

Firefox Browser

  • Open the browser's menu and select 'Add-ons'

  • Click on the 'Extensions' and ensure that 'User-Agent Switcher and Manager' is turned on
