Now that you are familiar with the concept of Issue Tracking, let's look at how to create issues in 3D Repo. We'll cover the following topics:
Create a new Issue
Head over to 3D Repo and open any model/federation where you would like to create an issue. In the model viewer do the following:
Click on the Issues icon (Issues Card will appear)
Click on the Green Plus button to create a new Issue.
(Located at the bottom of the issues list)
Provide the following information:
Issue Title
In the Properties tab, write an optional text Description
Click on Add Pin then drop an Issue pin in the model viewer and click Save Pin
Click on Add Image to upload an image or take a screenshot of your model view. You will be able to create a markup and save it to the Issue
Select the Issue Priority, Status, Assign and Type from each drop-down list
βNote that the pin colour changes according to Issue prioritySet a Due date. The calendar window will appear, select a date and click OK
Click on the Save icon

Edit Issues
Once you have created the Issue, you can edit all of the fields.
βA notification message in the bottom right corner of your screen indicates the changes made to the Issue. Here is the information you can edit:
Click on the Pen icon to modify the Title then on the save icon to save it
Click on the Pen icon to modify the Description then on the save icon to save it
Click on Edit Pin button to change the pin location in the model
Click on Edit Image button to change the screenshot or uploaded an image
Click on Update Viewpoint button to change the camera view of that issue
If necessary, you can update the Issue Priority, Status, Assign and Type from the respective drop-down menus. Due Date is also editable
View other Issues
Click on the white arrow (in the top left corner of the issues card) to go back to the list of issues. Note the following:
The new issue will appear at the top of the list
New Issues will automatically get a sequential number added to their title
Issues that have a red background instead of white indicate that they are overdue (past its Due Date)
Click on any Issue and your camera position will update. Only works if the issue was created in the viewer/3D Model.
You can expand any of the issue cards, click on the white arrow. This will open the issue and display full information with comments & resources
