Any Teamspace in 3D Repo can have multiple projects that contain numerous models & federations. Teamspace or Project Admins, control the level of access to these models for each Teamspace user using the Model & Federation Permissions tab. When you grant users model access, there are five tiers of Model permissions to choose.
Log in to your 3D Repo account and head over to the User Management window. You can access it from the Teamspaces menu on your homepage. From here, you can take the following steps and grant your users access to specific models or federations:
Open the Projects Tab
Select a relevant Project
In the Model & Federation Permissions you can do the following:
Select a container/federation to review or assign user permissions
Search for a specific container/federation
Select a Model Permission tier for the individual user
Select a Model Permission tier for all of the users
Search for a specific user using their Username, Job or Name
Remember that you can always access Project or Model/Federation permissions from Model & Federations window. Just click on the options menu and select the Permissions Icon.
