Step 1: Check Your Email for an Invitation
You should have received an invitation from your Teamspace administrator in your inbox. To get started, simply validate the email by clicking the Activate Account button.

Step 2: Set Your Password or Activate via Microsoft SSO
You can either enter a 16-character password to secure your account, or choose to activate your account via Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)

Step 3: Setup via password

If you chose to activate your account via password, you will be prompted to either setup MFA through an authenticator app or a device. For a step-by-step guide on setting up your account with SSO , click here.

Step 4: 2FA Setup Either With Authenticator App or Security Key

If you select MFA through an authenticator app, you will be prompted to scan a QR code and enter a six digit code

Once the six digit code displayed in the app has been entered, click the verify button

Copy and store your MFA recovery code in a safe location

If you select MFA through a security key, you will be prompted to select a connected device

You will then receive a notification on your device to approve the request

Open your internet browser and go to www.3drepo.io/v5

If the 2FA was setup with an authenticator, enter the six digit code from Authenticator app and click the verify button

If the 2FA was setup with a device, then select your device and click the next button to receive a notification on your device and approve the request
